Locked out of your McMaster Account? Here’s what you need to know
If you are unexpectedly locked out of your McMaster account, this means that Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for McMaster email and 365 is working to protect your account and information.
Here’s the quickest way to restore access to your account:
- During our business hours (Monday – Thursday 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST), visit our Live Chat via https://uts.mcmaster.ca/contact-us/
- Have your MacID ready
- Type ‘human’ or ‘agent’ into the Live Chat
- Type ‘I’m locked out of my account’
- A UTS Client Services agent will help you resolve this issue
