Please be advised that McMaster Mail (powered by Microsoft 365) is experiencing delays for incoming email messages since 3:15 p.m. on Wednesday September 23.
Users will be able to exchange messages with other faculty and staff, but there is a delay in receiving emails from external senders or from students who are on the Gmail platform.
University Technology Services (UTS) is working with Microsoft to investigate and resolve the issue and will provide updates as they become available.
