Update Required for Microsoft Outlook Users 

NOTE: Those who exclusively use Outlook on the web (OWA) are not affected by this announcement.

A recent Microsoft Outlook software update may have the potential to allow unauthorized access to email accounts. 

Action Required: 
To ensure full protection of your account, please follow these steps:

1. Update Microsoft Outlook: Ensure that you have the latest version of Microsoft Outlook installed. Not sure? Visit the official Microsoft update page.  
2. Restart Outlook: After updating, restart your Outlook client to apply the changes. 
3. Stay Vigilant: Be cautious of suspicious emails or attachments. Threat actors may seek to exploit this potential access through phishing attacks.
