In-person UTS support resumes Winter 2022 with NEW virtual line management system
University Technology Services is pleased to announce in-person Client Services support will resume February 2022. Live Chat and self-service options continue to be the quickest and easiest ways to get support. However, should you require in-person support during regular business hours, things are a little different now!
Here’s how to get in-person support from UTS for Winter 2022 Semester:

UTS is excited to announce our new virtual queuing service. This new service is a part of the university’s ongoing efforts to ensure your health and safety while on campus.
Our new virtual line allows you wait wherever you want while maintaining physical distancing and without losing your place in line. You can check your status at any time for peace of mind.
You can now join the line from anywhere at any time during the UTS Service Desk in-person hours.
There are two ways to join the line:
- From your mobile device: Text your name to (289) 273-5877or scan the QR code.
- From the link on our website. Fill out the form.
The UTS Line will let you know your current estimated wait time and your place in line. When it’s your turn, you will get a text message with further instructions. It’s that simple!
UTS in-person Client Services support hours are:
- Monday – Friday: 9:30am – 3:00pm
