Limited IT support this holiday season

There will be limited IT support throughout the holiday closure, which is scheduled from Friday, December 22, 2023, at 4:30 p.m. to Wednesday, January 3, 2024, at 8:30 a.m.
Throughout the holiday season, UTS will actively monitor critical systems, including:
- Email Gateways
- Data Centers
- Data Network and Voice Systems
- University Website
- Microsoft 365 Services (Email/Exchange, Teams, OneDrive/SharePoint)
In the event of any critical systems issues, UTS will make every effort to restore services promptly. However, please be aware that response times may be longer than usual.
All production applications supported by UTS, such as Mosaic (Student Administration, Finance, and HR), will remain accessible during the holiday closure. However, there will be no support available for MacID or Account Management.
If you require technical support, please contact us through the chat function on the UTS website when normal service resumes on January 3, 2024, or submit a JIRA Service Desk ticket and our team will assist you when we return.
