Limited IT support during university holiday closure
During the holiday season, the University Technology Services (UTS) will monitor the following critical systems:
- Email Gateways
- Data Centers
- Data Network and Voice Systems
- University Website
- Microsoft 365 Services (Email/Exchange, Teams, OneDrive/SharePoint)
IT support hours this holiday season:
- Holiday Support starts: Friday, December 23, 2022 at 2:00 pm
- Holiday Support ends: Wednesday, January 4, 2023 at 8:30 am
- Regular Support resumes: Wednesday, January 4, 2023 at 8:30 am
All production applications supported by UTS, such as Mosaic (Student Administration, Finance and HR), will continue to be available during the holiday closure. However, there will be no support for Mac ID or Account Management. In the event of any critical systems issues, UTS will attempt to restore as quickly as possible, however response times may be longer than normal.
Users encountering any problems during this period should visit the self-service page via the UTS website or can submit a JIRA Service Desk ticket or come back and Chat with us on January 4th, 2023.
Where possible, UTS will keep the community updated via the IT Service Dashboard for monitored service outages
