How to get it:

To request access, submit a request ticket here.

The following information must be included in the request:

  • Full Name
  • MacID
  • Department
  • Manager/Supervisor name for approval

Managers/Supervisors may approve access by submitting the request on behalf of the technical staff or by email.

Who can use it?

All McMaster technical staff who have approval from their manager or supervisor are eligible to access GTP.

How much does it cost?

There is no cost associated with this service.
