Guest Account

McMaster employees can request a Guest MacID on behalf of a visitor. Guest Accounts give temporary Wi-Fi connection as needed.

If you are a visitor, please make arrangements with your McMaster contact for a Guest Account.

If you have any questions or are unable to resolve your issue, get support via the Service Desk.

ANNOUNCEMENT: 

On March 11, 2025, UTS transitioned the Bulk ID Tool (Guest Account Request System) behind the firewall to enhance security. Users should now be able to access the Bulk ID Tool using the McMaster VPN. 

Guest Accounts only grant access to the McMaster Wi-Fi network.

Visitors to McMaster who require access to Mosaic, or an email account, wireless connectivity, VPN access, must be set up as a Person of Interest in Mosaic. Requests for a Person of Interest account must be submitted by the person who will be supervising or sponsoring the visitor.
