Scheduled Mosaic maintenance will start no earlier than end of business on Friday (5:00 p.m.) and will be completed no later than Monday morning (8:00 a.m.). Mosaic updates could impact services provided via the Mosaic platform. Information on potential outages will be posted directly to Mosaic Alerts.
Scheduled Systems and Network maintenance will be performed on Sunday between 6:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. Network maintenance could impact services such as software applications, servers, voice, video and data communications, local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), wireless networking (WLAN), Internet, and ORION.
UTS will notify the campus community of anticipated impacts in advance of scheduled maintenance windows via the McMaster IT Systems Dashboard. Please note that these windows are subject to change in order to accommodate University activities. Critical business and learning periods will be avoided, where possible.
