Mosaic service will be unavailable during brief planned outage

Please be advised that all Mosaic services will be unavailable during the following scheduled outage:
- Friday, October 17 at 6:00 p.m. to Saturday, October 18 at 6:00 a.m.
During this time, students, staff, faculty, and applicants will not be able to access Mosaic.
In addition, systems that connect to Mosaic — including Hyperion, My Timetable, MacBuy, Jira, and other platforms with direct data integrations — may also be affected.
This outage is required to support system maintenance and has been scheduled by Oracle, an external vendor.
If you have questions or concerns about the outage, please contact the UTS Service Desk.
Some of the services that will be impacted during outages:
- All Mosaic services
- Hyperion
- Jira and Jira Service Management
- My Timetable
- MacBuy.
