Dear Valued Users,

We want to inform you about an important update regarding the compatibility of Avaya Workplace with macOS. As of the current release, macOS 14.0 (Sonoma), Avaya Workplace versions 3.34 and below are not supported. We have observed instances of the Workplace client crashing when installed on macOS 14.0 (Sonoma).

In light of this, we strongly recommend that you continue using a supported release of macOS until this issue is resolved. We understand that this may cause some inconvenience, and we sincerely apologize for any disruptions this may have caused.

Our team is actively working with Avaya to rectify this issue and ensure a seamless experience for our valued users. We are committed to promptly resolving this compatibility concern.

If you have any questions or comments, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at Telecom@McMaster.CA. We are here to assist you and provide any necessary support during this transition.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work towards a resolution. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we thank you for your continued trust in UTS-Telecommunications.
