Update to Mosaic outage planned for April 10–13

Mosaic will undergo maintenance this weekend that may affect system availability and performance for all users, including students, and anyone interacting with our human resources and finance systems 

The planned Mosaic upgrade originally scheduled for April 10–13 has been postponed as we learned mid-week that Oracle plans to undertake a continent-wide firmware update. We have had to switch our plans to accommodate this activity instead. 

The Oracle update may affect system availability and performance for all users, including students, and anyone accessing our human resources and finance systems. 

What to expect this weekend 

• Update period: Friday, April 10, 8 p.m. – Monday, April 13, 8 a.m.  

• Impact: Users may be briefly disconnected from Mosaic when the update begins but will be able to log back in. During the remainder of the weekend Mosaic will remain available, with possible slower performance.
