Role Based Account Tool and Bulk ID Tool applications now require users to log onto McMaster VPN prior to accessing service applications (ex: request new Role-Based Account, request new Bulk IDs, request Role-Based Account password change).
Please note there will be no impact on Role-Based Account access in Outlook following this change. Users will not need to be on VPN to send emails.
