We’re thrilled to announce the latest enhancements and features that come with the release of Avaya Workplace 3.36. Our team has been hard at work to ensure a smoother and more efficient user experience. Here’s a quick summary of what you can expect:

  1. Improved Clipboard Functionality: Now you can easily copy the name or number of an active call appearance directly to your clipboard, streamlining your workflow.
  2. Convenient Authorization Pop-up: The Authorization credential pop-up now stays on top of all applications, ensuring you never miss an important authentication prompt.
  3. Enhanced Call Notification: Users can now reposition call notification pop-up windows according to their preference, offering more flexibility and convenience.
  4. Auto-Answer Control: You now have the option to enable or disable auto-answer calls, giving you more control over your communication preferences.
  5. Customizable Button Module Labels: Customize your Workplace experience even further with the ability to edit button module labels to suit your specific needs.
  6. Expanded 3PCC Support: Basic Third-Party Call Control (3PCC) support is now available in Other phone mode, enhancing interoperability with various third-party devices.
  7. Detachable Dialpad: Enjoy increased flexibility with the option to detach the dialpad, optimizing your workspace layout.
  8. Improved Incoming Call Notification: Incoming call pop-up notifications are now larger and more visible, ensuring you never miss an important call.
  9. Seamless Interface Switch: Users can effortlessly switch between Button module and Feature manager, adapting the interface to their preferences and workflow.
