What’s New in Avaya Workplace 3.41

We are excited to announce the latest updates to the Avaya Workplace app. This version focuses on making your communication smoother, clearer, and more secure. Here are the top features you’ll notice in the new update:

1. Clearer “Do Not Disturb” Status

To make things simpler, the feature previously known as “Send All Calls” has been renamed to Do Not Disturb. This change ensures that your status is clear to both you and your colleagues when you need to focus on a task without interruptions.

2. Enhanced Call Management

The app now includes better support for Limited Number of Concurrent Calls (LNCC). This helps manage your call flow more effectively, ensuring that your line doesn’t get overwhelmed during peak times while maintaining high-quality audio.

3. Security & Ease of Use Improvements

Password Visibility: You can now click the “eye” icon in the login screen to see what you are typing, helping you avoid login errors.

Smarter Dialing: The app is now better at remembering your local dialing rules—even when calling back from your Call Log—so you don’t have to manually edit numbers before hitting dial.

Better Mobile Performance: For our mobile users, we’ve optimized how notifications and background calls work to ensure you never miss an important reach-out, even if the app isn’t open on your screen.
