What will happen to existing documents and envelopes created through the Standard Plan prior to February 2nd, 2023?

  • There will be no effect/impact to the documents and envelopes that were created, in progress, and managed under the Standard Plan prior to February 2, 2023.

Will there be changes to the DocuSign interface?

  • Yes, DocuSign users will see and have access to additional features in Business Pro Plan.

While DocuSign does have information security functionality, including Truste and xDTM, how you use DocuSign has a big impact on confidentiality and security. It is vital to ensure all signees of a document are verified, including email addresses, to ensure that the information is shared only with those individuals who are authorized to have access to the information.
