We’ve streamlined our Phoneworks request process by moving it to the Jira ticketing system. You can now directly submit and track requests for telecom services, which will help us serve you faster and more efficiently.
Now, you can simply submit a request for:
- New installations or services
- Changing or moving an existing service
- Disconnecting or removing a service or product
- Requesting a new telecom service, such as faxing or e-faxing
- Requesting an inventory of your services
When you submit a request, you’ll receive a ticket number so you can easily track its status and communicate with our team as we work to complete it.
